Con más de 25 años de experiencia en la industria tecnológica, he desarrollado mi carrera en Hewlett Packard Enterprise liderando con propósito, autenticidad e impacto. Como General Manager de CDS (una compañía de Hewlett Packard Enterprise) para España y Portugal, impulso un modelo de liderazgo inclusivo e intergeneracional en el que el talento es el motor y la diversidad, una ventaja estratégica.
A lo largo de mi trayectoria, he liderado la creación de centros regionales de excelencia, programas de talento joven y alianzas público-privadas con universidades y centros de formación profesional, así como iniciativas para abordar la brecha digital desde una perspectiva empresarial y social. Mi foco está en crear entornos donde la innovación y el compromiso vayan de la mano, y donde cada persona aporte desde aquello que la hace única.
Mi trabajo en diversidad e inclusión ha sido reconocido en rankings como Top 100 Women Leaders y Top LGBTI+ Leaders en España. Promuevo activamente iniciativas STEAM, participo en foros de expertos sobre inteligencia artificial y diversidad generacional, y creo firmemente en el poder de la tecnología para impulsar un cambio positivo cuando las personas están en el centro.

With over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve built my career at Hewlett Packard Enterprise by leading with purpose, authenticity, and impact. As General Manager of CDS (a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company) for Spain and Portugal, I drive an inclusive, intergenerational leadership model where talent is the engine and diversity, a strategic advantage.
Throughout my journey, I’ve led the creation of regional centers of excellence, youth talent programs, and public-private partnerships with universities and professional schools, as well as initiatives tackling the digital divide through a business and social lens. My focus is on creating environments where innovation and commitment go hand in hand, and where every individual contributes from what makes them unique.
My work in diversity and inclusion has been recognized in rankings such as Top 100 Women Leaders and Top LGBTI+ Leaders in Spain. I actively promote STEAM initiatives, contribute to expert forums on AI and generational diversity, and believe in the power of technology to drive positive change, when people are at the center.
